How do I access my picutes?
If you have been sent access information for a gallery, click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in My Pictures.

Do I have to create an account?
You are free to browse your galleries and add items to your shopping cart without creating an account. However if you wish to proceed to check out you will be asked to create an account to finalise your order.

Does it cost anything to create an account?
No.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
If you have created an account and logged in your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
